Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing dualcitizenshipmex.com and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services (The "Not a Lawyer" Clause)
Dual Citizenship Mexico Services is a private administrative facilitation service.
We are NOT a law firm and we are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice.
We are NOT the Mexican Government. We are not affiliated with the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE) or any Consulate.
Scope: Our service is limited to logistical support: appointment monitoring, document retrieval, translation coordination, and administrative filing.
3. Eligibility & Accuracy
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
You are responsible for ensuring you meet the legal requirements for Mexican Citizenship by descent.
If your application is rejected because you provided false information, withheld information (e.g., criminal record or false identity), or provided altered documents, Dual Citizenship Mexico Services is not liable, and no refunds will be issued.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we have a high success rate, the granting of Mexican Nationality is the sovereign right of the Mexican Government.
We cannot guarantee that a specific Consulate or Civil Registry officer will approve your application, as they have broad discretion.
We cannot guarantee specific timelines. "MiConsulado" appointment availability and Civil Registry processing times vary wildly and are outside our control.
5. Fees and Refund Policy
Consulate Appointment Service (Tier 1):
Refundable: If we cannot secure you an appointment within 14 days, you may request a full refund.
Non-Refundable: Once an appointment is confirmed and sent to you, the fee is earned. If you miss the appointment or arrive late, no refund is given.
Remote Processing / Document Retrieval (Tier 2 & 3):
Once we have initiated the search with the Civil Registry or paid government fees on your behalf, the fee is non-refundable to cover labor and costs.
If the Civil Registry determines the document does not exist (e.g., your parent was not actually registered), we will refund the shipping portion only; the search fee is non-refundable. If the Mexican government denies your citizenship application for any reason, no refund is given.
6. Shipping & Liability
We use premium carriers (FedEx/DHL) to transport your documents.
Loss in Transit: In the unlikely event that a carrier loses your package, we will assist in the claim process, but our liability is limited to the cost of replacing the documents (government fees). We are not liable for consequential damages (e.g., missed travel, lost wages).
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to sign for the return package.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Citizenship Mexico Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan.

Dream it.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
