To provide our services (Consulate Appointments, Document Retrieval, and Remote Processing), we must collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Sensitive Personal Information.
Data you provide directly:
Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, place of birth.
Contact Data: Email address, phone number, shipping address.
Family Data: Parents’ names, parents’ birth dates, and places of birth (required for eligibility checks).
Documents: Scans and/or physical copies of U.S. Birth Certificates, Parents’ Mexican Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Passports, and Identification Cards (IDs).
Payment Data:
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, etc.). We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely for the purpose of facilitating your Mexican citizenship application. This includes but is not limited to:
Verifying your eligibility for "Reconocimiento de Nacionalidad", your Mexican citizenship by descent.
Booking appointments under your name at the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE), i.e. Mexican Consulates.
Filling out government forms (solictudes) on your behalf.
Communicating with Civil Registry offices in Mexico to locate documents.
Shipping your "Welcome Kit" and returning your documents via FedEx/DHL.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to marketers. We only share your information with:
Government Authorities: The Mexican Consulates, SRE, and Civil Registry offices (Registro Civil) as required to process your application.
Service Partners: Verified lawyers, gestores, or translators in Mexico who assist in the remote processing or document retrieval steps.
Logistics: FedEx/DHL for the purpose of shipping your documents.
5. Data Retention & Security (Our "Clean Slate" Protocol)
We understand the sensitivity of the documents you trust us with.
Digital Security: All files are stored using encryption (SSL) and secure cloud storage with limited access.
Physical Security: Physical documents sent to our office are stored in a locked, secure environment until returned to you.
Retention Period: We retain your digital documents only for the duration of your service. 30 days after your service is marked "Complete" (meaning you have your appointment or your documents have been returned), we permanently delete all scans of your birth certificates and IDs from our active storage.
6. Your Rights
